You'll soon be able to fly to Paris for under $200

Going to Paris is a dream vacation for many people. Unfortunately, due to the high price tag, this is just a bucket list trip that doesn't always come true. Considering the cost of hotel accommodation, tourist attractions and especially flights, a Paris vacation is out of reach for many people. But that could be changing: budget airline French Bee will soon offer flights to Paris for $139 — and no, this isn't just a one-time deal.

You may not have heard of the French Bee, but that may change thanks to these new tickets. The French low-cost airline launched the new prices this week, allowing customers to book travel starting in June 2020 from now on.

Of course, there are some things to remember. This price only applies to flights between New York, NY and Paris, and you must fly from Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey to Paris Orly Airport. The first flight between Newark and Orly will depart on June 10, 2020, and will be a red-eye flight only: aircraft on this route will depart Newark daily at 6:15 p.m. ET and depart in the morning 7:30 Arrived in Orly for the next day. Return flights will depart Orly at 2:00 PM PST daily and arrive in Newark at 4:15 PM ET.

The $139 price tag isn't your only option: Prices depend on the month you travel and the day of the week. For example, the base fare for a Saturday departure in August is $207. On the other hand, departures on Wednesdays in September cost $127. Although some prices are higher than $139, the prices are still high compared to other airlines.

So what's the problem? French Bee is a budget airline based in Paris, which means you shouldn't expect the same luxury experience as on non-budget airlines. To get the cheapest fares, you'll choose the "Basic Option." The only thing included with this ticket (besides the seat, of course) is a carry-on bag of up to 26 pounds. Meals, checked baggage, seat selection, priority boarding, etc. all come at an additional cost. Additionally, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be modified.

The "smart" ticket option is slightly more expensive, but includes a carry-on bag of up to 26 pounds, a basic meal, and a checked bag - so if you know you want all of these things, this is definitely the ticket you'll want to To choose. Then there's the "premium" option, which is at least twice the price and is their version of business class. Includes meals, seat selection, two checked bags, one carry-on bag, as well as skipping the queue, priority boarding and priority baggage delivery at Paris Orly Airport.

The New York to Paris deal is a brand new one, but French Bee also offers two other travel deals worth mentioning: You can fly from San Francisco to Paris starting at $189, or from San Francisco to Papi, Tahiti Prices start at $330.

As with any cheap ticket, these flights are sure to book up quickly, so be sure to buy your tickets early if you want to take advantage of this deal.
