Dua Lipa's status as a star in the fashion industry has been solidifying for some time. Since her debut in Europe in 2015, the singer has worked with her longtime stylist Lorenzo Posocco to create unforgettable looks. As a result, she becomes one of the most anticipated guests on any red carpet, especially the Met Gala.
In keeping with this year's Sleeping Beauty: Reawakening Fashion exhibition, Lipa went for a dark boudoir look for the main event. Staying true to the look, she extended the same aesthetic into her after-makeup ensemble and had one of the best looks of the night.

Dua Lip arrived for an after-party at New York City hot spot Hearsay on Monday night. As the host of the party, she wore a custom Marc Jacobs bra top (a styling option she's also used in 2023) that was completely embellished with rhinestones. Lipa paired the statement piece with drawstring pants to balance out an otherwise shocking ensemble.

Even while wearing a bedazzled disco bra, Lipa's stunning accompaniment was known to be the star of the show. She went all-in on the boudoir theme, wearing mesh gloves, elbow-length gloves and a two-toned furry cape in place of the scarf she rocked on the Met steps.
Styled by Jahleel Weaver, the newest member of her team, the stylist cited Marc Jacob's Fall/Winter '94 collection as a touchstone for styling inspiration. Weaver replicated the classic garment onto a T-shirt and completed the look with the same veiled, star-detailed hat as the original runway look.
