Susan gives an update on Gerry's Theresa's Golden Bachelor divorce

Susan Noles didn't win the final rose from Gerry Turner on The Bachelor, but she delivered on her first-night promise in a roundabout way. "Gerry and I met each other as I stepped out of the limo, screaming, 'Gerry, I'm going to marry you!' And it turns out I was right," Susan said of the couple's golden wedding on January 4 recalled during the period.

The scene-stealing wedding officiant showed her support for Gerry and Teresa. "You both give us all so much hope that it's never too late to find love," she said. "That's all because of you two."

Three months later, Gerry and Teresa were divorcing and Susan was weighing the divorce.

susan's streak ends

At the QVC Women's Summit on April 24, Susan told Us Weekly that Gerry and Teresa's divorce marked a surprising first. "They destroyed my marriage," she said. "I mean, I'm not divorced. My record is perfect."

Luckily, the divorce doesn't seem to be slowing down Susan's officiating business. In fact, she recently told Philly Voice that her work has evolved beyond her capabilities in the months since "Bachelor." "They'd ask, 'Can I give you a deposit?' and I said, 'Please don't do that. I'll put your name in my book. Check back, 'You know,' but I'll do it for you Save the date,'" Susan said of meeting with potential clients. "Yeah, it's awesome. And I love doing weddings."

Gerry and Theresa's Divorce Latest News

According to Susan, Gerry and Teresa were "doing great" but reportedly made a lip-locking gesture when asked if the divorce surprised her.

Earlier this month, Susan shared a video on Instagram for fans who were "depressed" by their breakup. "I get it. I know Gerry and Teresa do love each other, but there are some things they just can't make happen," she said. "So why keep struggling for so long when you don't agree on something?"

Susan, who has been through a divorce herself, ended her message by reminding fans to "be kind," adding that she still believed in the show and wanted "one more chance." While The Bachelorette Awards have yet to be announced, Susan will continue her journey with Bachelor Nation through her new podcast , "Bachelor Happy Hour: The Golden Hour," which she co-hosts with Kathy Swartz.
