Asda is selling lemon and lime flavored jaffa cakes again

Christmas may be over, but the food continues. Back by popular demand, McVitie's is bringing back one of its most popular Jaffa cake variations so you can start 2022 off with a citrusy kick. Yes, the lemon-lime jaffa cake is back after a three-year hiatus, with original orange, cheeky cherry, berry-cool blackcurrant and even passion fruit flavours.

As is the case with the other flavored offerings, all the ingredients for the Jaffa Cake are there, but the orange marmalade is replaced with a lemon and lime filling. Lemon Lime Jaffa Cake returns to supermarket shelves on Monday (January 3) and is available from Asda and other major supermarkets across the UK for £1.50 per pack, including 10 irresistibly delicious cakes.

You can also experience the flavor in cake pop form: as snack review Instagram @uksnackattack pointed out last April, B&M previously launched it in Iceland in 2021 and is currently selling it in packs of seven for £1.
