The Bachelor's Leslie Fhima was 'a little uncomfortable' at Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist's wedding.
The show's runner-up recalled her experience on her January 4 golden wedding on the "Almost Famous " podcast, revealing that things got awkward when Costa Rica was mentioned during the ceremony.
"From the first sip of chocolate milkshake to the last sip of Costa Rican coffee, I learned that you were the woman I couldn't live without," Gerry told Teresa during the oath.
Costa Rica is where Gerry and Teresa got engaged, and where Bachelor Kim ended his relationship with Leslie after "Fantasy Suite."
"During the ceremony, when they were talking about Costa Rica, it was a little uncomfortable," Leslie explained. "I was there too."
"This was probably the only time I ever felt really uncomfortable," she continued, adding that any discomfort was quickly put to rest "seeing Teresa so happy."
A fateful trip to Costa Rica
Leslie previously recalled her Bachelor trip to Costa Rica in The Final Rose and said she was "blindsided" by Gerry's decision to break up.
"I'm 100 percent sure I'm his girl," she admitted. "What he said to me when we were spending the night and meeting his family, I mean, they didn't show everything, but we had a great time."
After filming wraps up, Leslie appears to have moved on and will return to Costa Rica on January 12 to host a fitness retreat in Tamarindo through her company Soul612.
Leslie in Golden Wedding
After being hospitalized for "random" surgery on December 28, Leslie Cheung revealed that she would indeed attend the golden wedding.
"I can't wait to support Gerry and Teresa on their beautiful day," she wrote on Instagram in December. "I know it's going to be very, very amazing."
Following Gerry and Theresa's big day on January 4, Leslie once again took to Instagram to congratulate the happy couple.
"Golden wedding is so much fun," she wrote in the caption. “So excited to see all my friends and Bachelor Nation alumni!!”
