On May 10, Parker began production on the third season of Max's SATC reboot , This Is It . To mark the occasion, she shared Carrie's first new outfit of the season, and the star of the show was actually an equally pricey luxury bag.
'Carrie' season 3 debut look
Parker shared a photo of her first look from Season 3 on Instagram, taken from her trailer. "Day 1," she captioned the post. As seen on the AJLT Clothing Instagram page, the actor paired a silky pink midi skirt with a mint green button-down shirt from Altuzarra Match it and tie it into a bow with a matching scarf—that's classic Carrie Bradshaw style.
Of course, SJP completed the look with some matching mint heels, but it was her choice of handbag that really stole the show.
Her $14,000 Gucci bag
Parker paired her spring look with a decadent ivory leather Gucci Jackie shoulder bag. The bag took more than 55 hours to make and its embroidered trim is inlaid with more than 900 pink, green and silver crystals.
This craftsmanship comes at a price, and the bag is only available in Gucci boutiques and retails for $14,000. Thankfully, Carrie is now wealthy enough to afford the bag—which comes in a variety of colors if she chooses.
This luxurious version of the Gucci Jackie will soon join Carrie's most stylish SATC bags, which include classics like Fendi Baguettes, niche novelties like the JW Anderson Dove Clutch, and the iconic Eiffel Tower bag.
