The countdown to the new year is now in the single digits (to your credit), which means if you're like me, you're starting to dream about all the new and exciting places you want to go in 2018. Hello travel bucket list, my old friend! While there are a million and one reasons why we should all travel more, according to a recent study by travel experts Contiki called “The Power of Travel,” travel can even “radically [improve] lives, from careers to Overall well-being.” The study, which surveyed 3,000 people aged 18 to 35 around the world, also found that 75% said they had a more positive view of themselves and their place in the world, and that traveling not only gave them a better get the job done, but it also increases their willingness to accept new challenges, risks, and obstacles. We could all use a little more stuff in 2018, right?
Now I understand that planning a trip can be overwhelming. Let's face it, there are many worlds out there waiting to be discovered. So, if you need a little #travelinspo, why not look at the stars?
