If you want to turn off Find My remotely, you need to erase everything on your iPhone. If you just want to disable this feature without erasing anything, you'll need to do this directly from your phone.

Open the iCloud website and log in with your Apple ID.
Select Find My to open the iCloud Find Devices page.
