It's official: The Christmas movie season is finally here. In addition to old classics like Love Actually and The Holidays , we've got some new holiday movies to explore. In Amazon Prime's latest offering, Your Christmas Is Mine , Sex Education 's Asa Butterfield stars in this wholesome home-swap comedy in which a couple spends time in each other's homes Christmas holidays. "Your Christmas Is Mine" tells the story of a loving student couple, Hayley Taylor and James Hughes, who return home for Christmas. But the couple come from two completely different families, and Hughes worries about becoming bored in his small village, while Taylor is unlikely to find any sense of peace within her family.

The couple soon realize how much they will miss each other, so in order to give each other the best Christmas gift, they decide to surprise each other by showing up at each other's homes on Christmas Day. But as you might expect, chaos ensues. Their plan backfires as both men have well-thought-out ideas. With the heaviest snowfall in years, they are stranded at each other's homes, forcing them to spend Christmas with each other's families without their partners. This leads the couple to discover each other's deepest secrets, but with these revelations, can their relationship survive?

Asa Butterfield stars as Hughes and his significant other, Taylor, played by newcomer Cora Kirk ( "The Devil's Prey "). You can also expect to see The Crown's Alex Jennings and This Hurts' Harriet Walter, who will play the Hughes parents. In another family, Taylor's parents will be Daniel Mays ( Code 404, Des) and Angela Griffin ( Waterloo Road, Person of Interest).

The holiday film will be released on Amazon Prime Video on December 2. However, the official trailer of "Your Christmas or My Christmas" has been released, and the three-minute clip is indeed full of festive atmosphere. The story begins with the young couple hugging each other and then planning a surprise for each other. The trailer hints at major events, from an indoor hot tub to the discovery of a royal heritage.
