Marks & Spencer has just launched the Cherry Blossom Glitter Globe Gin Liqueur and I'm already dreaming of sipping this sweet elixir under a tree in the sunshine soon.
M&S' sparkling offering is nectar from the gods and is a summery take on its best-selling Christmas Snowball Sparkling Gin - the perfect festive treat that so many of us look forward to every year. The new cherry-flavored products feature 23-karat edible gold leaf and vibrant flower labels. In other words, the bottle is almost as tempting as the drink itself.
As for what's inside, the gin certainly tastes of cherry, but also of peach. According to staff at Marks & Spencer, it's "delicious served straight over ice and lemon juice, or mixed with Prosecco". If you drink a little Aperol Sprite, this might be your new summer drink.
