Sainsbury's is selling decadent Lotus biscuit cheesecake

From Asda and Aldi to Tesco and Morrisons, there's hardly a supermarket that hasn't jumped on the Lotus Biscoff bandwagon. This time, Sainsbury's has launched a decadent vanilla Biscoff cheesecake. This sounds like the perfect spring snack if you ask me.

The cheesecake is produced by the British Cheesecake Company and comes in a pack of two slices, priced at £3. Each slice comes with a luxurious vanilla cream cheese filling sandwiched between a Biscoff cracker base and a topping of Biscoff spread and cracker crumbs.

If you're celebrating a birthday, or two slices of Biscoff simply aren't enough for you, you can also buy a pre-sliced 9-inch version from the English Cheesecake Company for £35.

Yesterday, Lotus Biscoff UK posted a picture of a cheesecake on their Instagram with the caption "Hello, are you looking for a delicious cheesecake...?" Yes, indeed, that's what we're looking for .

Biscoff seems to be everywhere these days - think Aldi's latest caramel liqueur, which is basically Biscoff in a bottle, Asda's Biscoff cupcakes, and Five Guys' Biscoff-flavored milkshakes.

So hop on the Biscoff train and head to Sainsbury's right away because I think this delicious dessert will be flying off the shelves.
