Walmart has teamed up with Tasty to bring you a dozen days of dairy goodness. We're talking sharp cheddar cheese. We're talking mozzarella and cheddar cheese. We're talking about a unique blend of jalapeños and cheddar cheese. It's all the classic cheeses you know and love, plus some new favorites. For 12 days in a row, you'll be able to open a door numbered on the calendar and pop a piece of cheese into your mouth. Can you make a DIY cheese calendar? Sure, but then you'll know where all the cheese is, which ruins the surprise for you. We all know Surprise cheese is the best cheese.
You can find the 12 Days of Delicious Cheese Holiday Calendar at Walmart stores across the country starting November 1st. How much does this cheese-centric bliss cost? A herd of cattle? Will pepper jack pox affect future generations? No, it's only $9.98. Money may not buy happiness, but you can buy a box of 12 cheeses for ten dollars, and that's enough.
Of course, this isn't the grocery shelf's first foray into cheese-themed calendars. In 2018, Target launched a 24-Day Cheese Advent Calendar. These include a variety of cheeses such as Jarslberg, Applewood and Red Leicester for $20. Not to be outdone, Aldi launched a 24-day cheese calendar last year. For just $15, you can enjoy everything from Edam to gouda for 24 days. While Tasty's latest creation only has a 12-day calendar, there's nothing stopping you from buying two and doubling your cheese celebration days.
If you really want to spice up your holiday calendar experience, you'll want to check out the "12 Days of Delicious Wine" calendar ($69.98) and the "12 Days of Delicious Chocolate" calendar ($9.98). As their name suggests, these calendars feature 12 days of wine and chocolate respectively. There are ruby cocoa strawberry hearts, milk chocolate sea salt caramel snowman and dark chocolate ganache tree samples. There are single servings of sparkling rosé, blended reds and blood oranges. If you need to lay down for a while to process, I understand.
