Marks & Spencer is selling Christmas light-up cookie tins

M&S's festive food range is all about Christmas lights. Literally. The store has expanded its range of glow products to include glow boxes of chocolates and shortbread houses, and added two new flavors to its best-selling glow Christmas liqueur. What could be better? Marks & Spencer has kicked off the festive season early, with its full range now available to buy in-store and online. But before you start your tram sprint, let’s go over the highlights.

First up is the Magic & Sparkle range of light-up chocolate boxes - the perfect way to ensure everyone gets chocolate this year. The £20 box is filled with mini snowflakes of milk, dark, white and golden chocolate, packed into a box to create a sparkling festive scene.

As well as the light-up chocolate boxes, M&S has also launched a new gold-toned chocolate, which looks pretty Christmassy if you ask me. You can buy a range of Golden Blond products, including everything from Golden Blond Florentine to Golden Blond Chocolate Cream Liqueur. Sign me up

Other chocolate products on the festive food menu include a box of magic mushrooms, Christmas pudding flavored truffles and a Belgian Chocolate Luxury cookie jar, which includes hazelnut praline and salted caramel cookies covered in Belgian chocolate. Marks & Spencer (M&S) certainly has a surprise for chocolate lovers this festive season.

The brand also launched illuminated house-shaped cookie jars. They come in three different colours, and are filled with M&S's signature all-butter Scottish shortbread. These tins are so pretty and once all the cookies have been eaten, they can be used as a centerpiece on a mantel or dining room table.

The retailer is also bringing bar-standard cocktails to your front room, including six premium ready-to-drink mixed cocktails. Margarita, Negroni, Espresso Martini, Clover Club, Golden Negroni and Aged Rum and Cocoa Classic drinks such as (Aged Rum & Cacao Old) are available, priced at £18 a bottle. It's safe to say Marks & Spencer has had a strong start to the festive season.
