Jenn Tran is 'so happy' about her Bachelor season finale

Jenn Tran is sharing details about her Bachelorette finale. The show's star spoke with People about the new season, which premieres July 8, and teased what fans can expect from her journey on the show, including the finale.

"I'm very happy with the ending and very happy with the way everything turned out," she said. "I learn so much every day where I [learn] about myself and what I want in a relationship. There's so much growth."

Tran was announced as the new Bachelorette in March after starring on Joey Graziadei's season of "The Bachelor." Her casting marks a debut for the reality dating show, as Tran is the first Asian American Bachelorette in the show's 22-year history. In a recent interview with People , Tran said she was "hopeful about getting engaged" before filming Season 21 of The Bachelorette ; however, her approach to finding love on the show quickly changed.

"As you go through this journey, you wonder, what does being engaged really mean to you? Is it just a ring, or is it a commitment?" she explains. "What I'm really looking for is a lasting partner, so I think my definition of that has really changed throughout this journey."

This isn't the first time The Bachelorette Season 21 star has teased the upcoming finale. According to Us Weekly , Tran revealed at CMA Fest on June 8 what viewers can expect first from the franchise in the final episode.

"I was also told that the end of my season was something that had never happened before," she revealed to "Bachelor Nation" star Kaitlyn Bristowe.

Before The Bachelor Season 28 began, the show's star, Graziadei, made similar comments about his ending. In January 2024, he stated that "something that has never happened before" happened in the show's finale. As fans eventually discovered, he was referring to runner-up Daisy Kent's self-elimination in the final episode.
