When Selling Sunset Season 6 begins filming in late summer 2022, Chrishell Stause and G Flip have been dating for about five months and their romance is sizzling. After experiencing what she calls an "awakening," Krishel made an exciting offer: put her job at The Oppenheim Group on hold and embark on a two-month tour of Australia with G Flip, Also on the summer music festival circuit. Although the reality star didn't reveal her decision at the end of Season 6, the Australian musician hinted that Chrishell will be hitting the road with her — at least for a while.
"I think she might show up if she's available. She loves going to festivals. She grew up around music, dancing, playing in bands - she loves music," G Flip told Rolling Stone Australia in November. "So if we work out a schedule, she'll definitely be there." In fact, Chrishell arrived in Australia shortly after, captioning a series of photos and videos "Aussie vibes" in early January. One clip even showed the Selling Sunset star dressing up so she could watch her co-star perform without the audience noticing. "Looks good," G Flip joked.

October 2021: Chrisshell and G Flip meet at Halloween bash
The two first met at a Halloween party in October 2021, but neither was single at the time. (Chrishell was still dating Jason Oppenheim at the time.) "We were both with our ex-partners at the time. ... Then, we obviously separated from our partners and we just started Talking and stuff like that,” G Flip later shared with People magazine . "We just discovered a lot of similarities, even though people would think we were from different corners of the world. Sometimes we find ourselves so similar."

Although Chrishell and G Flip are not yet in a relationship, they've mostly been hiding in plain sight. The pair sparked dating rumors after hanging out at a concert in Los Angeles in March and attending the Bridgerton season 2 premiere together later this month. Meanwhile, Chrishell took to social media to post her first Instagram photo of the G Flip buried in a carousel of images that originally appeared on her Instagram Story. They also shared social content from Chrishell's house, and G Flip began leaving flirty comments on her posts.

When Netflix airs the Selling Sunset Season 5 reunion on May 6, Chrishell, who has been spotted kissing G Flip at The Abbey in West Hollywood, confirmed their relationship to host Tan France. "I've been spending a lot of time with someone very important to me lately. Their name is G Flip. They are non-binary so they are they/them and they are a very talented musician home," she said during the special, which was filmed virtually on April 24, revealing that G "definitely" took the first step. "It started because I was going to be in their video. It was about this messy love story. I come from a soap opera background and love acting. In terms of what we do now, I'm not always up to it. Of course, in the beginning My reaction was, yes, let’s do it.”
In a May 10 Instagram video, Chrisshell also discussed her "deep connection" with the G Flip. "Like I say on the show, when you come into someone's life, you don't get to choose," the real estate agent shared. "As much as I wish the things I wanted in my last relationship were consistent with the things it didn't have. That's okay. That doesn't diminish the love that we - Jason and I - have for each other and how much we want each other to be truly happy."
A few days later, a music video ("Get Me Outta Here" by G Flip) was released on May 12, showing the two making out in places such as a convenience store. "Sorry guys, I was confused and thought this was how babies were born," Stas wrote in a video on Instagram. “Back to the drawing board!”
G Flip shared a photo of Chrishell's tattoo on Instagram and gushed in an interview with People magazine in May: "I'm so lucky to have her. We both feel like we'll always be there for each other." We have a very close connection in our lives that you don’t find every day.”
June 2022: Awards ceremony premiere
In June, Chrishell kissed G Flip on camera before accepting the fan-voted award for Best Reality Star at the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards. Although she didn't mention her new love's name, the O Group real estate agent touched on her sexuality during the speech. "I knew about this nomination before I even talked about my sexuality," Krishel told the crowd. "I'm not trying to get into it with you, but the fact that there was a vote afterwards meant a lot to me because I wasn't sure how things were going to go. Thank you all so much."
December 2022: Chrisshell calls out PCA
In a December 2022 tweet, Chrishell claimed that the People's Choice Awards prevented her from bringing G Flip as her date to the awards show. "I kind of care so I might regret it later. But people's choices don't allow me to bring my partner to the awards show," she wrote on Dec. 7. "If it's an actor, I can only bring a plus 1. Wtf, of course, that means I'll never be nominated again, but honestly, I am." Representatives for the PCA did not respond to Bustle's request for comment at the time.
