After nearly two years, Nicky Hilton finally decided to make her son's name public. She and her husband, James Rothschild, withheld this crucial information from the public when they welcomed their third and youngest child in July 2022. However, Hilton eventually revealed it in an interview with Us Weekly published on March 15, sharing the "unusual" name they chose for their little boy.
Hilton baby names
Hilton said she and Rothschild had a fairytale wedding in the Orangery at Kensington Palace in July 2015 and named their son Chasen. "We've always liked the name and it's unusual," she told us .
When the couple first announced his birth, they skipped a name reveal. "We are officially a party of 5!" she wrote on Instagram in July 2022. "Welcome to the world, dear boy. Mum, Dad and my sisters are absolutely enchanted."
Now, 22 months later, Chasen is still his mom's "little baby," but she shares that he's reached some big milestones, like "trying to talk." He is still loved by his two older sisters, Lily-Grace, 7, and Theodora Marilyn (aka Teddy), 6. Hilton said there was "zero jealousy" and "they just doted on him." When she first showed him off on Instagram in July 2022, her reference to "baby happiness" was clearly growing.

Hilton has come a long way in motherhood compared to her sister Paris, but now they each have children of their own.
