Prince Harry is opening up about fatherhood and his relationship with King Charles.
The Duke of Sussex spoke to "Good Morning America" on February 16. The Canadian, who will host the 2025 Invincible Whistler Games in Vancouver, shared about his and Meghan Markle's two children, Archie. Adorable updates from the Prince and Princess Lilibet.
When asked about life as a father, Harry joked: "I can't tell you. It's confidential," before sharing that his two little ones are "doing great."
"Kids grow up, like all kids do, very, very quickly," he continued. "They both have an incredible sense of humor that makes us laugh and keeps us grounded every day, like most kids do. I'm so grateful to be a dad."
The duke also opened up about his relationship with his father, King Charles III, who is currently undergoing treatment for cancer.
On February 6, Buckingham Palace announced that the British monarch had been diagnosed with a form of cancer, saying in a statement that the king was "entirely positive about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duties as soon as possible."
During an appearance on GMA , Harry confirmed that he would be leaving his home in California "as soon as possible" to visit his father in the UK. He continued: "Look, I love my family. The fact that I was able to get on a plane and go see him and spend time with him, I'm grateful for that."
Harry sounded optimistic when asked whether Charles' diagnosis would have a "reunifying effect" on he and Meghan's strained relationship with the royal family.
"Yes, I'm sure," he replied. "In all of these families, I see the strength of the family unit coming together every day. I think any illness, any disease can bring families together."
Commenting further on the prospect of a royal reunion, the Duke also confirmed that he would take time out to "visit my family again" during his next visit to the UK.
