Meghan Markle recalls emotional exchange with Princess Lilibet

Meghan Markle and Princess Lilibet have an adorable mother-daughter relationship. The Duchess of Sussex visited a school in Nigeria's capital Abuja with her husband, Prince Harry, People magazine reported. Markle spoke to students during a student visit on May 10, recalling a sweet moment she recently shared with her youngest daughter.

"Our daughter Lily, she's much younger than you," she began. "She's almost three years old. A few weeks ago, she looked at me and just saw the reflection in my eyes. She [said], 'Mom, I see me in you.'"

The Duchess continued: "She meant what she said. But I stand by those words in a very different way. I think, yes, I do see me in you and you see me in you. When I look around this room, I see myself in all of you."

Prince Harry and Markle visited Nigeria at the invitation of Nigeria's Chief of Defense Staff. Their visit to the school was the first stop on their planned trip, which included playing classroom games with students such as "Jump Up, Turn Around."

Speaking at the school, Markle revealed that "singing and dancing" is her daughter Lilibet's "favorite class" at her school because she is "always jumping around."
