This article explains how to cancel your Disney+ subscription online on iOS and Android. If you don't remember how to sign up for Disney+, try each of the methods below. The Disney Plus cancellation option will only appear on the system you signed up for.
If you signed up for a Disney+ subscription online, you can cancel it through the official Disney+ website.
Select your profile icon and select Account in the drop-down menu .
Under Subscriptions , select your subscription plan.
Select Unsubscribe .
Disney+ will do its best to make you stay. Select Continue with cancellation and Unsubscribe to confirm.
If you have a Disney+ subscription on an iOS device such as iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, please cancel your Disney+ service through your Apple account settings.
Open Settings on your iOS device.
Tap your Apple ID .
Choose Subscribe .
If you see Disney+ in your subscription list, tap it and then tap Cancel Subscription .
If you don't see Disney+, you may have signed up through another Apple account, an Android smartphone or tablet, or the web.

If you don't see Disney Plus in your Google Play subscriptions and your device has multiple accounts, try switching Google accounts.
If you signed up outside of Disney Plus, Apple, or Android, you might want to try one of these methods.
- Roku : Use the Roku remote or visit the website to cancel your subscription through Roku.
- Amazon : Likewise, if you signed up with Amazon, you must cancel your subscription through Amazon.
- Hulu+Disney Plus+ESPN Plus Bundle : If you signed up for this streaming bundle, you'll have to cancel through the service you originally signed up for, so you'll need to do this by canceling ESPN+ or canceling Hulu.
- Mobile or Cable Provider : If your Disney+ subscription is through a mobile or cable provider, you must cancel through those services.
When you cancel a Disney+ subscription, it will actually remain fully active until your next renewal date, after which it will cease to function. Until then, you can continue to use Disney+ as normal on all your devices.
Canceling Disney+ will not delete your data or your Disney account. If you want to try Disney+ again in the future, you can use the same account again.
If you cancel Disney Plus within a day or two of signing up on the Google Play Store, you can apply for a Play Store refund.
If you want to completely delete your Disney+ account and all its associated data, please log in from a web browser or app. From your profile, select Account > Delete Account .
If you would like to delete your Disney account, please contact Disney directly.
From there, you'll be prompted to log into your account, review your cancellation details and confirm.
FAQIf you have the Hulu+Disney Plus+ESPN Plus bundle, you can't cancel any of the individual services. You'll have to cancel the entire bundle and subscribe to Disney+ separately.
To cancel your subscription with Verizon, log in to My Verizon and select Account Overview > Services & Benefits > Manage > Cancel Subscription > Delete next to Disney Plus. In the mobile app, follow the same steps as in your account .
Play a show or movie, then select the Settings icon in the upper right corner to adjust subtitles or audio language. To change the interface language on Disney Plus, edit the settings from the Profile icon > Edit Profile > Your Profile > App Language .
