In this article I will explain how to "block" someone in Monopoly Go. While there's no official "block" feature, you can remove them from your connection list. This is just a semantic difference. Once you do this, those blocked will no longer affect your gameplay.
Monopoly Go has no way to prevent specific players from attacking your board. Instead, you can choose to "remove" them from your friends list.
Select Friends from the lower right corner of the game screen to open the Friends & Family screen.
Click the Leaderboards tab.
Select a friend to display the player list.
Find the player you want to block in the list.
Long press on their name and select Delete .
Click Delete again in the confirmation message.
