  10. Click Allow to allow Clubhouse notifications, or click Don't Allow if you don't want to receive notifications.

  11. Your profile setup is complete and you will arrive at the Clubhouse home page.

After creating your profile, click the magnifying glass to search for topics and rooms that interest you. Enter a search term, or peruse the People to Follow suggestions. Click Show more people to see more options. Or, scroll down to find conversations and browse popular topics. Click on a topic to access more people, topics, and clubs to follow.

Clubhouse doesn't have a typical home page. Instead, it has a home screen that serves as a summary of what's going on in the network, showing live and upcoming club rooms.

At the top is a chronological overview of the upcoming club rooms available to join. As you scroll down, you'll find a collection of live club rooms inspired by the people you follow or your interests. In addition to the club room's name and topic, the summary box shows how many people are in the room and how many active speakers there are.

While Clubhouse has rooms covering a variety of interests, you can easily create a room and have a discussion that interests you. Start a room:

  1. Select the green "Launch Room" button at the bottom of the home screen.

  2. Choose whether the new room should be "Open ", "Social" or "Closed" . The open room is open to anyone with the link. Social features only work with people you follow, while closed features work with people you allow to join.

  3. Add a theme to the room. Topic, space summaries are optional but may be important when using an open or social room and you want others to find the discussion quickly.

  4. Select "Let's Go" to start live streaming. Depending on the room settings, others can join, and you can turn participants into moderators to help guide the conversation.

Joining a club room is as easy as clicking on a room you come across on the home screen or while searching for topics and interests. When you join a room, you're muted by default, but you can hear other speakers.

If you wish to participate in the conversation, please request to speak by clicking on the raise hand icon in the lower right corner of the Club Room user interface. It notifies the moderator that you wish to join the conversation, giving them the option to unmute you or make you the moderator.

You can also add friends to a room using the + icon, which displays a list of people who follow you, as well as the option to share the room link to external platforms.

To leave the room, click the Leave Quietly icon. It will take you to the Clubhouse home screen to join the conversation below, find the next topic, or leave the app.
