The Last Legacy of Lorien book cover looks epic

The higher powers of literature have heard our collective dreams, and now we don’t have to wait over a year for the next book in Pittacus Lore’s I Am Number Four series, officially titled The Legacy of Lorien" series. United As One , the seventh and final book in this epic series, will be published on June 28, 2016, but there's even better news. You definitely don't have to wait that long to get an exclusive first look at the United As One cover, because we've teamed up with HarperCollins to show it to you now. Start screaming.

If you haven't fully understood Lore's books one through six, I suggest you spend the next eight months reading them. If you are, then you may have become one of the avid followers of Lorre's sci-fi epic about the battle for Earth. John Smith and nine other super-powered Loric children are hiding on Earth from the destructive Morgado alien race, all while us humans are unaware. But now, the Mogadorians have invaded Earth, and it looks like they're winning. New York, Beijing, Tokyo, Moscow and New Delhi all live in the shadow of battleships and have yet to send human armies to fight them. However, as the human teenagers began to develop Loric powers, they worked with John and other members to ensure that the Mogadorians did not have the final say over what happened to their planet.

The series is written by the mysterious Lore, rumored to be a 10,000-year-old Loric alien, to warn us human readers about the aliens living among us. (But, psst, the author is actually James Frey, who wrote under a pseudonym.)
