Since stepping down as senior members of the Royal Family, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have embarked on new and exciting careers. Meghan Markle recently invested in Clevr Blends, a startup that specializes in instant oatmeal lattes. The female-founded company, based in Santa Barbara, California, has already received praise from some of Meghan's A-list friends. But are Clevr Blends available in the UK?
Well, as stated on the company’s website, Clevr Blends does not currently offer international shipping. However, the company has confirmed that overseas shipments will begin in January 2021, but did not specify whether this would include the UK. I've contacted Clever Blends for comment and will provide any updates as soon as possible.
In an exclusive statement to Fortune, Meghan announced her investment in the California-based business, led by co-founder and CEO Hannah Mendoza, and stressed the importance of supporting companies founded by women sex.
"This investment is to support a passionate female entrepreneur who prioritizes building community alongside her business." According to The Independent , Meghan first became interested in Clevr Blends after trying its oat milk latte product at a pop-up coffee shop in 2017.
