Is it just me, or are retailers getting ready for Easter earlier and earlier every year? Not that it bothers me too much, I'm content with stocking up on as much chocolate as I can. Cadbury's have upped their game significantly this year and they've launched a new mini egg Easter egg that's sure to blow your mind.
This time, instead of the usual little bags of mini eggs offered at the main chocolate event, the mini eggs were embedded in the chocolate . Best of all, that little bag is still included. Cadbury better give the guy who came up with the idea a raise as soon as possible.
This slice of heaven is now available from most UK retailers and looks to be the largest Mini Egg Easter egg yet. Browsing through the Tesco selection, mini eggs seem to come in their own range of egg sizes, from medium to extra large. The new Mini Egg Easter egg is the largest, weighing 507g, and costs £12, while the usual 'medium' egg weighs 130g and costs £1. You can also buy a 231g egg for £5, a large 177g egg that comes with a cup for £3, and another (slightly smaller) 455g extra-large egg for £10.

The eggs join a variety of other mini egg treats, including the recently launched Cadbury Mini Egg Bars, which follow the Oreo bar trend. Mini egg bars are also available from most UK retailers for £1. What a delicious bargain!
