It's pink, filled with fresh strawberries, and is gluten-free. In fact, it's so delicious that we declared it our summer bread. Here are the ingredients!
Dry ingredients:
-1 cup 1-1 gluten-free flour, plus 1 tablespoon
-1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
-2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients:
-1 stick room temperature butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
-1 egg
-½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream
-1 cup chopped strawberries
-10 drops of natural red food coloring (or 2-3 drops of pink gel food coloring)
