How to fix black screen and audio issues when streaming Netflix on Discord
You may encounter an issue where a black screen appears instead of the Netflix content you want to watch. To fix this issue, you need to disable hardware acceleration in Discord and the web browser. To disable hardware acceleration in the Discord app, open the app and click the gear icon in the lower left corner near your username. Then go to Advanced and you should see a toggle for Hardware Acceleration . Click the toggle switch so that it appears gray and marked with an X. A pop-up will ask you to restart the Discord app; click OK .
To turn off hardware acceleration, open Chrome and go to Settings by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner. To stream Netflix to Discord on your mobile device, open the Discord and Netflix apps and log into your account. Next, go to the Discord app and select the service and voice channel you want to stream. Go to the voice channel and click the green button that says " Join Voice." Once you've done this, you should see more options, including Screen Share . Tap the button to open the Netflix app and start playing the movie or show.
