Bachelor fans love this detail about Joey Graziadei's guest role in 9-1-1

Joey Graziadei's season of The Bachelor may be over, but he hasn't strayed too far from the Bachelor mansion. The April 4 episode of ABC's 9-1-1 began with a Bachelor -themed scene, with Joey, Jesse Palmer and a fleet of limousines arriving. It lived up to the chaotic atmosphere of 1 every night.

The fictional series begins just like a real-life episode of "The Bachelor," with Joey greeting his first few suitors, including a uniformed flight attendant and a dental hygienist.

But then things quickly took a turn for the worst. A woman stole a bachelor limousine and sped onto the property. She initially pretended to be a contestant named Conchata, but later revealed that she was actually an obsessed fan named Bailey from Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

"I've been dreaming of this moment since I was 21. I never had the courage to apply. This is my application," she said, before gluing herself to the mansion's driveway. Jesse then calls the emergency services - who, it turns out, are fans of The Bachelor themselves. One responder even captured the scene on FaceTime.

Even though his fictional season was wrecked, Joey (ever the king of understanding!) still took the time to comfort Bailey as crews prepared to jackhammer the sidewalk around her. "You know, I actually have a cousin who lives in Sheboygan," he said, before tenderly wiping away a tear from Bailey's eyes.

Fans love this reference. "Joey used his thumbs!" one viewer wrote on Reddit. Another agreed, saying the "signature of wiping away tears" was "a nice touch." (If you followed Joey's real-life season, you'll know that he did spend a lot of time wiping away tears while listening to his suitors' stories.)

Actor Oliver Stark, who plays Buck on "9-1-1, " told Variety that the Real Bachelor film crew worked with the ABC team "so it felt 100 percent like an episode of a real-life dating series." . He was full of praise for Joey and Jesse's acting skills. "It makes me question those moments on 'The Bachelor ,'" Stark said. “Are you just acting because you’re really good at it?”
