On March 22, countless celebrities and beauty A-listers gathered together to celebrate the launch of Armani Beauty’s latest high-gloss lip gloss. Brand ambassador Lili Reinhart — Look Both Way actress and Riverdale alum — was among them, making her debut in sparkling spring glamour.
Reinhart's look was soft and sophisticated, with a pretty peach hue (one of this season's biggest beauty trends) taking center stage. Reinhart's makeup artist Cedric Jolivet applied *two* of Armani's Prisma Glass Lip Gloss ($38) to her lips to achieve the perfect kissable pink hue.
The lip gloss, which officially launched earlier this month, comes in five juicy shades, including a warm peach aptly named "Honey Gleam" and a sheer pastel pink called "Berry Beam" — both All colors are used in Reinhardt's charm. Packed with ultra-hydrating squalane, the formula is lightweight and glides on easily, leaving lips nourished and with a mirror-like finish.
Below, Reinhart gives Bustle an exclusive look at her (very relatable) prep routine, shares the album she's currently playing on repeat, and more.
What is your pre-event prep ritual?
I usually order fast food before an event. I feel like it's my way of comforting myself - and it's really "comfort" food because [the incident] makes me nervous and I have social anxiety. I'll also be using a microcurrent device to contour my face and red LED lights to make my skin look glowy.
What would you like tonight?
Well, tonight is Wendy's. I got chicken nuggets, baked potatoes and chocolate frosting. I'm now waiting for its delivery.
What do you listen to when you’re getting ready?
I've been listening to Ariana Grande's "Eternal Sunshine" album on repeat. It's so good.
How long does your charm usually take?
I try not to keep my charm on for more than two hours - a little longer and then I'm ready to go to bed. But once I'm out the door, I feel good about where I'm going and excited to be there.
How would you describe tonight’s look?
I think tonight we're going to be very sparkly, feminine, girly, sparkly. I really like it. Our eyes are sparkly with a hint of pink and peach undertones. We'll be trying a holographic lip gloss and mixing two colors of Armani Prisma Glass to complete the look.
What Armani beauty products do you have in your bag for touch-ups?
Of course it's Prisma Glass Lip Gloss. The formula is very moisturizing and soft. This is the only thing I have in my wallet tonight.
What's the first thing you'll do when you get home tonight?
Immediately put on your pajamas, double cleanse and wash your face, do a little skin care routine, eat, watch Tik Tok, and then go to bed. I need to decompress after a social event and I find the process of removing my makeup really soothing. I like to do this as a relaxation ritual.
