While the family has kept a low profile since then, Kardashian Barker only revealed her postpartum fitness game, which taps into TikTok's most popular workout trend, on her Instagram Story. That’s right: 12/3/30.

Seven weeks postpartum, Kardashian Barker decided it was time to get back to regular exercise, but instead of the typical weight training and Pilates, she opted for a low-intensity treadmill workout.
Taking to Instagram, the mother-of-four shared a video of herself walking up a steep incline, captioning it: "7 weeks postpartum: Day 1 at the gym walking 30 minutes on an incline of 3.0 [mph] 12.0 .”
Kardashian Barker panned to the settings on the treadmill to show the speed and incline — and sure enough, it was the numbers 12/3/30.
Although the workout can be sweaty, she went on to say that she is generally relaxed. "Moms, don't rush, don't stress, your body is healing and this is not a competition."

Fitness influencer Lauren Giraldo shared her 12/3/30 workout plan back in 2021, and the video immediately went viral on TikTok and has since been viewed more than 341 million times. In 2023, it's still as popular as ever.
Kardashian Barker isn't the only A-list star to incorporate incline training into her workout regimen. In November, Hilary Duff told Women's Health that she's also a big fan, though Duff added a weighted vest to make her walk more challenging.
