Lady Gaga theory predicts she'll release new music during full moon

Lady Gaga fans are turning to astrology to predict the monster mom's next move. Her fandom, affectionately known as "Little Monsters," have been speculating about the singer's next album, with one fan theory predicting she plans to release new music on the next full moon (June 21).

Gaga previews her seventh solo studio album in her newly released concert film Chromatica Ball . Towards the end of the video, a brief audio clip began playing that fans assumed was her new single, and the phrase "LG7 Gaga Returns" flashed across the screen.

As TikTok user Brandon Lance Garnsey pointed out, the title of Gaga's next single is believed to be "Dance in the Shadows of the Moon" or "Dance in the Shadows of the Night" — based on the movie fragment.

The next full moon is Friday, Gaga's preferred day to release new music. (She dropped lead singles "Born This Way," "Perfect Illusion" and "Stupid Love" on Friday.)

Gaga's upcoming Las Vegas schedule also supports this theory. The singer will perform a series of Lady Gaga jazz and piano performances at Park MGM in Las Vegas from June 19 to July 6. But during the week of the full moon (June 20-June 27), Gaga's Sin City schedule is wide open. "This means she will have a week to promote LG7," the TikToker said.

Gaga’s LG7 Update

Mother Monster has yet to announce a release date for any new music, so fans will have to wait until June 21 to find out if the full moon theory holds true. That being said, she did share a small update at the Chromatica Ball movie premiere on May 23, revealing that her new album is "completely different" from her previous work.

"I've been working on my new music and I'm really living and breathing it," she told Entertainment Tonight . "I can't wait to get it to the fans," she said, teasing a potential release date, adding, "They hate when I say 'soon,' but soon."
