Fans were shocked by the finale of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 4.
The highly anticipated episode aired on January 2 and features RHOSLC veterans Heather Gay, Lisa Barlow, Whitney Rose and Meredith Marks confronts newbie Monica Garcia over explosive alleged finsta (fake Instagram) incident.
In a dramatic finale, Heather accused Monica of being behind the "Housewives" Instagram fan account Reality Von Tease, which has been leaking stories and rumors about the Salt Lake City ladies since 2020.
The anonymous account also shared information about former actress Jen Shah, who was sentenced to 78 months in prison in January 2023 for wire fraud and money laundering.

Meanwhile, Heather also claimed Jen was responsible for a mysterious dark circle under her eye in season three, clearing up months of speculation about the injury.
While Monica acknowledged her involvement in the controversial IG account, she also teased that "there's more to the story" — details that may come to light during the upcoming three-part RHOSLC reunion.
Fans were quick to share their thoughts on the series of revelations in Salt Lake City , with some calling the finale an "emotional rollercoaster."
