Sarah Jessica Parker is back in "That's it..." mode, and she might be playing Carrie Bradshaw more than ever. The star wore a spring-inspired outfit while filming Season 3, accessorizing with a $14,000 Gucci bag, but her latest look was something completely different.
On May 20, SJP took to Instagram to share an ensemble look from the sixth day of production for Season 3, which she filmed with co-star Sarita Choudhury in New York's Washington Square Park. It seems Carrie Bradshaw has officially moved on from Carrie Bradshaw in an outfit that will haunt her ex Jack Berger's nightmares.

The actor paired her Day 6 look with a vintage Turner sundress and one very oversized accessory - a tan plaid cloud hat from Maryam Keyhani. The hat's long fringe matched her dress, which was a burgundy long-sleeved top paired with a white, pink and blue striped skirt. The colors match those on the transgender flag, and the pattern continues on the back of her sleeves.
For most, this hat would be worthy of the Kentucky Derby, but for Carrie Bradshaw, it's perfect for a casual Monday morning.

However, SJP contrasted Carrie's peak look with perhaps the most anti-Carrie Bradshaw shoes she's ever worn. She swapped her signature Manolo Blahnik pumps for a pair of Dr. Scholl's sandals. The actor himself is a long-time fan of the comfortable shoes, so it makes sense that Carrie would.
What would Berger think?
Carrie's new hat reminds me of her scrunchie battle with ex-boyfriend Jack Berger in Sex and the City, when she wore a black webbed hat and he sarcastically commented, "Nice hat."
Now, this weird, oversized Berger would be even more sarcastic if he put AJLT's hat on. Hopefully she meets him in this episode of Season 3.
