In Sex and the City , Charlotte's current husband Harry has never met her ex Trey, even though he divorced her on her behalf - or have they? A deleted scene from Sex and the City has them meet face-to-face, proving why Harry (Evan Handler) is exactly what Charlotte (Kristin Davis) needs, even if she Didn't know it at the time.

The scene was filmed for the season five finale, "I Love Charades," and features Kelly (Sarah Jessica Parker), Samantha (Kim Cattrall), Miranda ( Cynthia Nixon (played by Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte head to the Hamptons to participate in a guessing game. The wedding of Bobby Fine and Bitsy Von Mufflin.

Miranda warns Charlotte that Trey (Kyle MacLachlan) just walked into their pool party before leaving to avoid an awkward scene. Meeting him for the first time after their divorce, Charlotte immediately felt nervous and asked Harry to button his shirt, looking less laid-back.

Instead, Harry doubled down on his calm mode and took off his shirt completely as Trey stepped forward. The exes greeted each other with tense pleasantries, and then Harry stepped forward and introduced himself. "Hi, I'm Harry Goldblatt, and I handled your divorce," he confidently told Trey, before asking Charlotte to put sunscreen on his sunburned back. Needless to say, Trey and Charlotte were left speechless.

Most Reddit fans thought the scene was hilarious, with one calling Harry's nonchalant behavior a "power move." But many also agreed that leaving it on the cutting room floor was the best decision. Regardless, this will be a pivotal point in Charlotte's journey to abandon superficial romantic standards and openly engage with Harry.

While the moment was hilarious for Charlotte and Harry Tops, it also sparked some desire to know what Trey would be doing now, with one fan suggesting MacLachlan could reprise his role in Just This Way Play his role. " He sees her happy, she sees him having a happy relationship, and they make peace with their past," they suggested.

Even though Charlotte and Harry lived happily ever after, AJLT does like to bring back ghosts from the ladies' past (ahem, Aidan), so you never know who might show up again.
