Pizza Hut will pay you $50,000...for pizza? !

For years, supportive parents have told their children that they should find something they are passionate about and make it their job. Well, last time I checked, eating shrimp and watching Netflix is not a job. But it looks like there's something pretty close. Pizza Hut is hiring people to eat pizza for $50,000, and you can be that person .

After reaching an agreement with the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association), Pizza Hut announced its search for the "Pizza Hut All-American Player." The basic premise is simple - one very lucky person will travel around the country, attend college sporting events and eat pizza. They will be documenting their journey on social media, clearly an extension of the Pizza Hut brand.

Are you telling me that I can eat pizza, watch college sports, and make more money than I would have gotten out of college myself? ! Yeah, I don't really need to think about that. All I really needed to do was find the submission form and go to town. Pizza is basically America's favorite food group, and knowing that I'm going to get paid for indulging in this habit is all I really need.

According to the official Pizza Hut website, they have a specific image in mind when it comes to the right people for the job.

“The right candidate will be outgoing, passionate, and eager to share his/her journey with fans. He/she has a proven track record of creating great content and has detailed knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. "

This makes perfect sense. If you're going to pay someone a lot of money to do a dream job, the least you can do is set some ground rules.

The only thing that really stopped me and many others from applying was sports knowledge. I can eat and travel pretty well - but talking about sports I know nothing about is quite difficult. Even I can't fake that.

The job will most likely go to someone with a large following or presence online. Someone who is suitable for this brand and can also keep up with sports. My guess is that they're looking for someone like Vine's own Logan Paul, a wrestler and entertainer with a rabid following on social media. I mean - this guy's full name has two names. This is legal.

You can view the official submission rules and guidelines on their website. you will never know. Maybe you'll be the next Pizza Hut All-American. As long as you are over 21 and a U.S. citizen, you have a chance. If you're not selected, you can also sit down and eat a delicious piece. That’s the beauty of Pizza Hut.
