To pair the Quest 2 with your phone, you need to have a Facebook or Meta account, and you also need to have the Meta Quest app installed on your phone. The app is available for both Android and iPhone, and it looks and works the same no matter what type of phone you have.
Here's how to connect your Quest 2 to your phone:
Press the Oculus button on the right touch controller to open the universal menu.
Select Quick Settings (Time, Battery, Wi-Fi).

If you don't have the Meta Quest app yet, download and install it on your phone.
