Beyoncé helps a fan reveal their baby's gender during her Renaissance Tour

Getting tickets to Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour is a major achievement in itself. After all, Ticketmaster says fan demand exceeds available tickets by more than 800%, so if you can get in, you're one of the lucky ones. You have to be very lucky to get to share a personal moment with Queen Bey herself at a concert. But at a show in Cologne, Germany, on June 15, that's exactly what one fan got.

As you can see in the fan video of the concert, Beyoncé first thanked fans for showing off blue balloons as her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, performed at the show. Then she made an exciting announcement: "So, I want to get this right," she said. "Because, I've seen this sign since the show started," referring to fans asking her to help reveal the gender of their child. "I just want to get things done."

She did it. The "BREAK MY SOUL" singer asked the audience to pass the envelope on stage and then revealed that the fan was going to have a girl. "Congratulations! Congratulations, beautiful," she said. "God bless you." Beyoncé also enlisted the crowd's help in wishing the new parents well. “Okay, on the count of three, congratulations,” she announced—and the audience happily obliged, before returning to the music of “Partition.”
