Half of Bridgerton Season 3 dropped on Netflix on May 16, so Pauline is fully on fans' radar. The first four episodes have yet to reveal whether Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) will find lasting love with her long-time crush Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) , but my, oh my god, did they share some steamy moments.

It sounds like the heat is only going to rise in part two. Coughlan recently spoke to Stylist about the scenes that should appear in the final four episodes, based on the details she revealed and the sex scenes we've seen so far in season three. She described it as her being "very naked" and explained why she wanted it that way.
"There's a scene where I'm naked in front of the camera, and that was my idea, my choice," Coughlan told People . "This feels like the biggest 'fuck you' to all the conversations surrounding my body; it's amazingly empowering."
Coughlan also had the foresight to think about what his future self would want. "I felt so beautiful in that moment and I thought: 'When I'm 80, I want to look back on this and remember how sexy I looked!'" she added.

Coughlan previously talked about how "liberating" it was to film sex scenes for Bridgerton during an appearance on British talk show This Morning in March. "Luke and I actually had a lot of say in what we wanted to do and we had our own ideas about how we wanted things to go," she said. "It was great because we really felt like we were in control of everything. .”
She added that the pair worked with "amazing" intimacy coordinator Liz Talbot and enjoyed the process. She noted that they had been friends for four years, recalling how the process went from "nerve-wracking" to "very liberating and very fun."
Newton had similar sentiments in an interview with Bustel in April. “We feel very safe and we have a great team of intimacy coordinators,” he said. “It was very well prepared and allowed us to perform freely.”
Not suitable for everyone
While Coughlan may be proud of her work in Bridgerton , she doesn't want her parents to see it . She has said multiple times that she made the "PG version" of season three for her mother.
"It's literally written into my contract," she told the SiriusXM Hits 1 host in April, Variety reported. "People thought I was joking. ... We're Irish Catholic. That's not our vibe. ”
For the rest of us, Bridgerton Season 3 Part 2 will air on June 13.
