Jennifer Lawrence says RHOSLC cast deserves Oscars

Jennifer Lawrence is nominated for a 2024 Golden Globe, but for her, the biggest star this year is The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City . While walking the Golden Globes red carpet, the actor told E! The RHOSLC cast's season 4 finale was critically acclaimed, and she deserves an Oscar — one she's even willing to give up.

"I'll give them mine, I don't care," she quipped. "They deserve it."

In the jaw-dropping finale, Heather Gay discovered her co-star Monica Garcia was one of the people behind an Instagram account that bullied and trolled the RHOSLC cast and told the other women during a dramatic beach encounter, leading to an explosive confrontation later that night.

Lawrence cited part of Gay's reveal to E!, saying she was so engrossed in the episode that she "didn't even text" or look at her phone.

“I wanted a painting of that moment when they were all on the beach,” she said, imitating the women’s reactions. "The different looks, oh, it's amazing. They're like a little band of witches, you know? Like they're all fighting and they've come together for this wonderful moment."

In another interview with Entertainment Tonight, J.Law called it "the best ending I've ever seen on a reality show" and went on to make gay quotes. "My jaw dropped," she said.

J.Law’s love for Bravo

Lawrence, a well-known cast member of the Bravo and Real Housewives franchises, always expresses her opinions on dramas in the Bravoverse during Watch What Happens Live , like the Vanderpump Rules episode after Scandoval in June Praise for Ariana Madix during Season 10 reunion. "Ariana just killed it," she said in June. "She was very eloquent and said everything she needed to say."

J.Law revealed her favorite Real Housewives cities in an interview with The Economic Times, which doesn't actually include Salt Lake City. "I've always been partial to Beverly Hills," she admits. "The New York staff was a relief, I was nervous, I thought they were going to do great. Everyone seemed to have the right personality disorder that we wanted to see."

She also expressed her appreciation for "The Real Housewives of Dallas," which ends in 2021 after five seasons. "I really like Dallas, but no one else does," she said.

However, due to the influence of Scandoval, the show she is most interested in is of course Pump Rules . "I'm just holding my breath until Vanderpump comes out, that's what I live for," she quipped, before sarcastically joking that she was siding with Tom Sandoval. The show returns for Season 11 on January 30, which means Lawrence won't have to wait too long to get her fix.
