Julianne Moore and Natalie Portman are putting their acclaimed acting skills to good use.
While promoting Netflix's MayDecember on a recent "Watch What Happens Live" show, Host Andy Cohen asked his co-stars to perform a dramatic reading of a fight from " The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City."
The epic battle takes place on the currently airing RHOSLC Season 4 between veteran Lisa Barlow and newcomer Monica Garcia, who co-star on Whit There was a heated exchange at the launch of Whitney Rose's Sound Bath Jewelry Collection.
Moore, who plays Salt Lake City's Monica, told Portman (aka Lisa) in the now-viral reenactment: "Lisa! You're like a little bum, begging for attention wherever you go."
Portman responded in character: "If this is what mediocrity looks like, I'm happy to be mediocre."
The pair ended the scene to applause from the studio audience. "I have to say, the writing was better than I thought it would be," host Cohen said of the performance. Moore agreed, adding: "It's very powerful."
Monica and Lisa are fans
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast members Monica and Lisa were quick to catch wind of the viral entertainment, with the former commenting: "OMFFFGGGGGG. SHUT UUPPPP" under the WWHL clip on Instagram.
Meanwhile, RHOSLC star Lisa simply wrote "Queens" along with crying laughing and heart emojis.
Fans are equally enthusiastic about Moore and Portman's "Housewives," with many calling them "iconic performances."
"They may not understand what they are saying, but they always understand the mission," one fan commented. Another added on Instagram: "Oscar winners playing housewives should be a new Oscar category."
One fan also asked: "Can this only be its own show?!" Another joked: "The hug at the end screamed 'we both won Oscars, how did this happen?'"
