what to know
- You can purchase sticker packs in the store using real-world currency, but this does not guarantee drawing gold stickers.
- Earn random gold stickers from sticker packs you earn through regular gameplay. Although unlikely, it is still possible.
- Wild stickers earned through gameplay and progression can be manually turned into gold stickers.
This article explains various ways to get rare gold stickers while playing Monopoly Go .
Stickers provide additional chances to earn in-game rewards (provided you complete a set), with gold stickers being the rarest and hardest to find. Filling out a given set of stickers usually provides extra dice and money, but some also include tokens you can use to represent yourself on the game board.
After completing any sticker set, you can earn extra rolls and money. Completing an album can earn you "huge rewards."
If you want these gold stickers and can't wait, the fastest and easiest way to fill your album is to pay.
You will never find gold stickers in one, two or three star rarities. Please note that not all four- or five-star stickers are gold, so even if you purchase a package that promises at least one five-star sticker, there's no guarantee it will be gold.
From the home screen, tap the shop icon in the upper left corner (it looks like a vendor booth).
Scroll through the available bundles at the top of the screen and note the included sticker packs.
Click on the price of a given bundle to start a deal. Depending on your settings, you may be required to enter your App Store or Google Play account password to complete your purchase.
Open the sticker pack and see what you get.
Click on a sticker pack in the bundle window to view its description. Then click the information icon (i) in the upper left corner of the pop-up window to see your chances of getting a gold sticker.
Other bundles (sometimes including sticker packs) occasionally appear as offers on the home screen. Click on any of them to learn more.
Keep in mind that paying for a sticker does not guarantee getting the sticker you want or need as it is still drawn at random. However, paying can provide a higher chance of rare items appearing.
Earning gold stickers instead of purchasing them may take longer, but it can be done if you're patient. All you have to do is keep getting sticker packs, or get wild stickers. To get the sticker pack:
Log in once a day and collect daily rewards. Rewards change daily (you can see which rewards are available on which day), and some include sticker packs.
Click on the "Wins" tab in the lower left corner to collect daily quick wins. Some include sticker packs, and if you collect enough to fill the meter at the bottom of the menu, you can earn a 5-star sticker pack.
Spin the Monopoly wheel for a chance to win a sticker pack. Earn spins by upgrading landmarks to place houses on your property (which eventually become hotels), then land on colorful properties full of hotels.
Attend events whenever you can. Requirements vary, but most will earn you sticker packs of varying rarities.
Repeating stickers earns you sticker stars (based on the star value of the repeating sticker), which can be redeemed for random sticker packs.
Tap the Album tab in the lower right corner of the home screen, then tap the Reward Stickers icon (looks like a safe) in the lower right corner.
Once you've accumulated enough stars (at least 250), click the vault button you want (and can afford) to get the reward. You can also click on the vault to see what items it contains, with the most expensive option (unlocked when your net worth reaches 1400) offering wild stickers.
If you get a wild sticker from an event, reach a milestone, or use it as a tournament reward, you can turn it into a gold sticker. When prompted, scroll through the available options and select the gold sticker you haven't earned yet.
While stickers can be traded with other players, gold stickers are different. You can only trade gold stocks during the limited-time Gold Blitz.
