  1. Turn on your Amazon Fire TV Stick like normal and press the "Home" button on the remote until the menu appears.

  3. Press the Enter key on the Fire Stick remote to activate the mirroring option.

    Enter is the big round button on the remote.

  4. The screen should now change and your Fire Stick is now primed and ready to receive a wireless cast signal.

The process of casting from an Android smartphone or tablet to an Amazon Fire TV Stick varies by device and Android version. Overall, the steps aren't too different and should look like below, with maybe just a few visual changes here and there.

  1. Make sure your Android smartphone or tablet and Fire Stick are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

  2. Open Settings and select Connected Devices .

  3. Select Cast . If your Fire TV Stick is visible in the device list, click on it to start casting. If not, select the ellipsis icon in the upper right corner.
