As pumpkin spice season slows down, holiday scents of pine, cinnamon and nutmeg are just around the corner. And, luckily for you, Pepsi is launching a new and very limited flavor just in time for the holidays. and to coincide with their latest football activities. But where can you buy Pepsi's festive drinks in the UK?
The campaign's first ad, called "Nutmeg Royale," celebrates the "threat of the game" by highlighting one of the most advantageous techniques in football, the "Nutmeg" - kicking the ball through the opponent's legs. As always, Pepsi's new flavors draw from this. Pepsi Nutmeg will no longer come in its iconic blue and black cans, but will instead be sold in a "light sand" color inspired by the Nutmeg Royale film, which featured two players demonstrating the trick. As for where you can buy this new Pepsi flavor, the "extremely limited product" isn't currently available for purchase. This isn't the first time PepsiCo has experimented with Christmas flavors. In 2017, they launched a special limited-edition Pepsi Christmas Coke in Japan based on Japanese Strawberry Christmas Cake, while in the U.S. they experimented with a salted caramel flavor. Sadly, neither product took off, so at least this year, Pepsi drinkers in the UK will finally be able to experience the brand's Christmas-themed flavours. It's just a waiting game for now.
