David claims Victoria Beckham has been eating this meal every day for 25 years

There are celebrity diets, and then there's the Victoria Beckham diet. Husband David Beckham has revealed that his wife has been eating the same meals every day for the past 25 years. Speaking on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast, the 46-year-old explained that he loves sharing his food, but Victoria only eats one thing and rarely eats the same meal every day.

While discussing his wife's eating habits with host and chef Ruth Rogers, David shared: "I'm very sentimental about food and wine and when I eat something delicious I want everyone to try it. Unfortunately The thing is, my husband has been eating the same thing for the past 25 years.”

"Ever since I've known her, she's only eaten grilled fish, steamed vegetables, and she rarely deviates from that," he said. The former England star revealed the only time his wife shared food with him was when she was pregnant with their daughter Harper. "It was the most amazing thing. It was one of my favorite nights," he admits. "I don't remember what it was, but I know she hasn't eaten it since."

Victoria previously admitted on River Café's Table 4 podcast that she doesn't like "oil, butter or sauce". Describing her unique taste, she said: "I like to cook food in a very simple way."

"Even our good friend Gordon Ramsay said he had never seen anyone so disciplined about the way they eat," she shared. As for comfort food, Victoria revealed that her favorite is a slice of wholemeal toast with salt: "It's the carbs that comfort you and I love salt."

Meanwhile, David Beckham's Instagram highlights show he's a huge foodie. David admits that he loves owning his own house because it means he can do whatever he wants. “I think there’s nothing better than having time to get everything right,” he mused. His latest buffet is a mouth-watering meal that includes T-bone steak, British Wagyu beef, tomato and green onion salad, and a glass of red wine. He waxed lyrical about the dish, saying: "It was the most delicious meal I've had in a long time. It was the most wonderful afternoon and evening I've ever had."
