How to live stream the 2023 Grammy Awards

If you crave chaos and historic musical moments, there's nothing better than watching the Grammy Awards live. Remember last year, when Doja Cat almost missed her acceptance speech because she had to go to the bathroom? Or a year ago, when Harry Styles won "Watermelon Sugar" and ex Taylor Swift reportedly gave a raucous support performance ?

To join the conversation, you really need to watch the Grammys live, especially since there's so much going on this year. It could be a potentially big night for Beyoncé, for example, whose nine nominations tie her with Jay-Z as the most-nominated artist of all time. So, how do you get it right?

It's no surprise that the 2023 Grammy Awards will air on CBS, as the Recording Academy has called the network home for years. In fact, this will be the 50th consecutive year that the Grammys air on CBS, and under the new deal, that will continue until at least 2026.

However, much has changed since 1973. While CBS remains the exclusive broadcast home for the Grammy Awards, there are more options for live streaming the 2023 Grammy Awards if you don't have traditional TV.

How to live stream the 2023 Grammy Awards

If you have a TV provider, you can watch the Grammy Awards on CBS.com or the CBS app. If you don't, don't worry! The Recording Academy has confirmed that Paramount+ will once again be the streaming home of the Grammy Awards — and if you don't subscribe yet, you can sign up for a free trial now. The organization's official website adds that the ceremony will be streamed live and on-demand in case you missed any big moments or just want to watch it later.

The only other options for watching the 2023 Grammy Awards online are using services like Hulu + Live TV or YouTube TV. But keep in mind, these subscriptions are more expensive because they essentially replace the role of cable TV in the home. So if you don't have one of these options yet, Paramount+ is the easiest (and most affordable) way to attend this year's Grammy Awards.

Now, how about a red carpet appearance? That's easier. Well! and the Recording Academy will both offer a live red carpet broadcast. People and Entertainment Weekly are also offering a joint red carpet preview so you can check out celebrity arrivals, fashion and interviews before the ceremony officially begins.

Who's performing at this year's Grammy Awards?

While there have been some tantalizing rumors about a possible performance at the 2023 Grammy Awards (hi, Beyoncé!), the confirmed lineup is already pretty impressive — including Lizzo, Harry Styles , Steve Lacy and Kacey Musgraves, to name a few. Variety reported on February 3 that Jay-Z will also perform alongside DJ Khaled, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, John Legend and Fridayy.
