Hilary Duff welcomes fourth child with husband Matthew Koma

Hilary Duff now has a family of six. The actor announced on May 7 that she and husband Matthew Koma were expecting their fourth child, and gave their newborn a very unusual name. Duff revealed on Instagram that she named her baby girl Townes Meadow Bair.

The "Lizzie Maguire" star shared a slideshow of Townes' first baby photos, which showed she was born at their home on May 3.

"Now we know why she kept us waiting so long...she's perfecting those cheeks!" Duff captioned the post. “I’ve been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and these past five days I’ve gotten to know you, stared at you and smelled you and it’s been such a magical moment. We all love you, just As beautiful as you have always been here.”

Koma also shared the photos on his Instagram, calling Duff "my true warrior goddess wife," before sneaking in a sarcastic joke about his new daughter. "She's happy, healthy, stocky and doesn't look like anyone in our gene pool so if anyone knows the whereabouts of @hilaryduff about 9 months ago to date please contact us for a cash reward," he quipped.

The couple announced they were expecting their fourth child together with a Christmas card from the family, which they later shared on Instagram. Duff and Koma (born Matthew Bell) have two daughters, Banks Violet, 5, and Mae James Bell, 3. Duff also has a 12-year-old son, Luca, with ex-husband Mike Comrie.

Duff opened up about her pregnancy journey on social media, expressing frustration that it took so long to get pregnant, even writing on her Instagram Story that she would no longer answer any questions about when her baby would be born. Now, fans finally have their answer.
