Joey King attended her movie premiere wearing (almost) nothing but roses

Joey King attended the Los Angeles premiere of her new Netflix movie Family Affair on June 13. The film, which will be released later this month, also stars Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron. Kim and her co-stars looked like they were having the best time on opening night.

It totally makes sense: Kim definitely knows how to have fun on the red carpet, considering she's been doing a lot of it lately. In recent weeks, the actress has traveled from the Cannes Film Festival - where she wore a yellow dress with cut-out hips - to New York for the Despicable Me premiere. King has created some unforgettable fashion moments over the past few weeks, and I'm here for it.

This time around, the We're the Lucky Ones actress became the latest celebrity to embrace "naked dressing," opting for a completely see-through two-piece. The best part? She was covered in pink roses.

Joey's Sheer Rose Set

King wears a gauze pleated skirt suit from the Simone Rocha Spring/Summer 2024 collection. The sheer two-piece features pressed pink roses at the collar of the top and just below the waist of the skirt. Kim was wearing nothing but a pair of underwear underneath. She tried really hard and I'm glad she did.

King's dress, which fell just above her ankles, showed off her sparkling Le Silla platform pumps - which gave her just enough height to really elevate the look. King worked with stylist Jared Eng to achieve this gorgeous floral moment.

look carefully at the details

King wore Anabela Chan flower earrings set with gold diamonds and a matching statement ring. Her mini black trapezoid evening bag is from Delvaux. According to the brand's website, they are "the world's oldest premium leather luxury goods company." How about a historic red carpet appearance?

Kim's hair, styled by stylist Rena Calhoun, was swept deep to the side and left loose and tousled. Her makeup artist, Allan Avendaño, wrote on Instagram that Kim "looks romantic in this romantic comedy..." and she certainly does. Her makeup was soft and beautiful, with nude color on her eyelids and lips.

All in all, I think this is one of her best fashion moments ever. It looks like the team's hard work paid off.
